Description
This Foundation Gas Training Course acts as a foundation course for the APL (Approved Prior Learning) programme and covers the following areas;
- 1 - Pipework Skills
- 2 - Basic Gas Appliance Functions
- 3 - Basic Flueing
- 4 - Basic Principles of Combustion
This foundation gas course is designed for those who do not have all of the transferable skills required to undertake the full APL training programme. Once candidates have completed this foundation course they can move on to undertake the APL training programme with confidence that the all of basic skills are in place.
Before undertaking this programme candidates must have undertaken the APL Induction Interview listed on the side panel.
