Description
This Domestic Heat Pump Installer Training Course is aimed at experienced heating installers who wish to install heat pumps in domestic propoerties and small commercial properties. The Heat Pump course covers both ground to water and air to water technologies. The course can be used to meet the training requirements for entry on to one of the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) registration bodies.
The course will include the following areas
The candidates should have a good working knowledge of heating/hot water systems and design with an NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent experience. For those without sufficient knowledge of heating and hot water system design and heat load calculation, Logic4training has available the Logic Certification Heating and Hot Water System Design and Specification course which will give all the underpinning knowledge for calculating accurately system loads and U values.
