Logic4training’s City & Guilds 2382-12 17th Edition Wiring Regulations course is for experienced electricians and those requiring a working knowledge of the British Standard BS7671:2008 (2011) 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.

The cost of the course includes training, assessment, registration with City & Guilds and the examination costs.

Entry requirements

There are no pre-requisites qualifications required. However some experience of electrical installations is essential. Operatives must provide their date of birth for registration with City & Guilds. Also if they have previously gained a City & Guilds qualification, operatives must provide their enrollment number which can be found on their existing City & Guilds certificates in the format of ABC1234.

Do I need this course?

The City & Guilds 17th Edition Wiring Regulations course provides the qualification required by operatives who are members of, or are looking to become members of, any Part P Competent Person Schemes (CPS).

17th Edition course content/syllabus

The 17th Edition Wiring Regulations course involves classroom based training which focuses on the wiring regulations standard BS7671. There is no practical based training. At the end of the course operatives will complete a two hour online assessment in the format of multiple choice questons. On successful completion, operatives will be gain the City & Guilds 2382-12 17th Edition Wiring Regulations certificate.
