Inspection and testing course

Logic4training’s Periodic Inspection & Testing of Domestic Electrical Installations training course is designed for experienced electricians who wish to issue Periodic Electrical Inspection Reports for domestic properties. The electrical inspection and testing course covers the requirements set out under BS7671 and GN3.

Entry requirements

Candidates for the inspection & testing course should hold a Part P Full Scope Level ‘A’ qualification and have a practical working knowledge of domestic electrical systems.

Do I need this course?

The electrical inspection and testing course is for experienced electricians who wish to issue Periodic Electrical Inspection Reports.

Inspection & testing course content/syllabus

The course covers the requirements set our under BS7671 and GN3. Practical training takes place on purpose built rigs.

The course only covers the issuing of Periodic Inspection Reports for domestic properties. Those wishing to carryout Periodic Inspection Reports for commercial/industrial installations should consider the City & Guilds 2391 course available to take at our centres in Northolt,  Basildon and Luton.
