Logic4training’s New Entrant Domestic Gas Approved Prior Learning (APL) Training course is designed for operatives who are looking to gain the relevant qualifications in order to join Gas Safe Register and work on gas. The Approved Prior Learning Training course is an in-depth training programme covering all aspects of domestic gas safety.

The cost of the course includes training, a training manual, APL assessment, the certification fee and the Candidate Workbook for recording on-site work experience.

Entry requirements

The Approved Prior Learning (APL) Training course is designed for operatives with transferable skills who are familiar with working in related areas, such as plumbing or who are currently working under the supervision and training of a Gas Safe Registered company or person. To determine whether operatives are suitable for the APL Foundation or APL Training course, Logic4training provides a free of charge group induction interview session. Click here for interview details. During the interview, a member of our technical team will recommend the most appropriate route through the Approved Prior Learning Programme.

Do I need this course?
