2011 is set to be an exciting year for green energy, with the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) launched last week (March 10). For heating engineers, now is the time to consider undergoing relevant training, in order to take advantage of this burgeoning market place.
Helping installers join the renewables revolution is Logic4training, which will be showcasing its range of micro-generation courses at PHEX, Wembley Stadium, from the 6th to the 7th of April, 2011, stand number 16. Training on-offer includes solar thermal hot water, ground and air source heat pumps and solar photovoltaics.
In order for heating engineers to help their customers take advantage of the RHI they must be registered under the Micro-generation Certification Scheme (MCS), Logic4training’s courses are recognised by the MCS so can be used as a contributing factor for gaining accreditation.
As well as renewables training, Logic4training also delivers gas courses, necessary for the Approved Certification Scheme (ACS), plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and oil heating installation training. For new entrants to the oil heating industry, Logic4training has recently launched the OFTEC Oil Firing Introductory Training Course (OFT50).
PHEX doesn’t cost anything to attend and visitors are treated to a complimentary tour of the stadium and free food! Register here: www.phexshow.co.uk/PHEX/Register/
