In line with the Government announcement on Friday 20th March outlining the social distancing requirements we had to temporarily close our centres at Northolt, Luton, Basildon and Sittingbourne from Monday 23rd March. This was to protect both our customers and staff. For all those scheduled to attend their booking will be rescheduled free of charge.
We will be opening our centres again from Monday 1st June but with enhanced protection measures in place to protect our customers and staff (see further details below) We are currently contacting all our customers via email to reschedule their course booking. Our customer service team are currently operating between the hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm and will be taking your calls, and we will be able to respond to all email enquiries and to web form enquiries including rescheduling courses. If you have received the email please respond as soon as you can as dates will be allocated on a first come basis.

FAQ:
Q: I have my course booked in the near future. What happens now?
A: All courses booked during our temporary closure were placed in holding area and will be rescheduled free of charge. We have emailed out to all our customer requesting they contact us to reschedule their course.
Q: Are online courses still available?
A: Yes. ClubLogic and Videotile is still accessible using your login details.
Q: Will Logic4training centres be safe to come back.
A: Yes. We are working hard to ensure our centres meet the Governments & HSE guidelines and we are putting in the following control measures at each centre:-
- Reduced class sizes (max 6)
- Perspex screens separating each candidate within the classroom
- Masks available to purchase in each centre (we recommend you bring your own). These will be required to be worn throughout the centre
- Face visors available to use in the centre and required within the practical areas
- Alcohol sanitiser points throughout the centre
- Staggered break and lunch periods
- Enhanced cleaning regime within the centre
- Social distancing within the centre wherever possible
We are advising everybody sanitize their hands before entering the building. Wash hands more frequently at least 20 seconds every time. All frequently touched surfaces are cleaned more often than usual. We have no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our centres.
We are closely monitoring all advice given by the Government and the HSE and following their guidelines. The HSE are actively encouraging ACS training and assessment centres to remain open with good safety measures.
