Logic4training is the UK’s leading Training and Assessment provider within the building services sector, encompassing gas, oil, electric, plumping, refrigeration, renewable energy, smart meter and new entrant’s courses. We provide high spec training and assessment facilities for our employees to work from to be able to deliver the best training to our candidates. We are now looking for a new Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join the Logic4training team at Northolt to join our ever expanding team.


  • Strong focus on high level customer service, including telephone and face to face experience.
  • Sales experience on the phone or face to face.
  • Confidence to sell services and upsell on course training materials.
  • Computer literate, including the use of outlook, word and excel.
  • Experience in administration tasks such as sales mailshots and logging sales leads.
  • Exceptional telephone manner.
  • Proven success in your sales ability, confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’.
  • Positive, friendly and supportive attitude to work as a team.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming sales enquires via the telephone and email, ensuring a polite and friendly mannerism at all times.
  • Outbound phone calls and emails to potential customers including following up on sales leads.
  • Provide detailed course information to clients, answering any questions they may have in regards to courses and payment
  • Follow up on sales leads including referrals from current candidates.
  • Prepare candidate assessment folders, training manuals, manufacturer’s instruction folders and course material.
  • Complete outreach activities including; mailshots and call drives to drive sales leads.
  • Transmittal of candidate results from assessments to the certification body.
  • Data entry to collate results of statistics.
  • Complete faxing, filing, archiving and photocopying tasks.
  • Raise invoices and chase payments from candidates booked onto courses.
  • Register candidates for exams and pre-course learning.
  • Support Customer Services Manager with setting up of classrooms, ordering stationary and tidy up of canteen.
  • Occasional invigilation of examinations.
