Logic4training is expanding once again and to meet the growing demand we are looking for new sub-contract trainers and assessors to work on an ad hoc basis.

We would like to find Gas trainers and assessors for our Northolt, Luton and Basildon centres.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a professional team at a fast growing, highly respected business within the training industry.

For any training and assessment position we would ideally be looking for someone to hold:

For Teaching and Training – Level 3 Award in Education & Training
For assessing within the centre – Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement
For internal quality assurance within the centre – Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice
Relevant technical qualifications and industry experience
Sub-contractor are expected to hold teaching and assessing qualifications
Work is readily available at all three of our centres on a regular basis.

We are looking for a talented and forward thinking individual with a varied skill set and keen interest in all things digital to join our team in Northolt as the new Digital Marketing Assistant.

Logic4training has been building a strong online presence over the past 2 years and we need an experienced Social Media Manager/Digital Marketing Assistant to help us continue to market our brand across multiple platforms, expand our lines of communication and provide excellent customer service and support online.

You will be responsible for running our Twitter and Facebook accounts, driving engagement through different levels of the funnel, creating conversations with our customers and promoting the Logic brand (Logic4training, LogicCert and Logic4trade).

You will support the Digital Marketing Manager with various tasks including PPC, producing content and helping to develop new campaigns and strategies.

The ideal candidate should be able to come up with creative ideas that fit within the construction industry and the Logic brand, while delivering results.

Skills required/desired

Experience creating social media campaigns
Understanding of Google Analytics
Strong understanding of Twitter, how to grow a following and get the most out of the platform.
Experience using Linkedin as a marketing tool, publishing and advertising
Up-to-date knowledge in digital marketing with a strong desire to learn
Ability to analyse data and report on campaigns
Ability to come up with ideas for new content, planning quality, purposeful pieces with clearly defined goals.
An understanding of the construction or education/training industries would be preferable but not essential.
Good writing skills, grammar and attention to detail
Knowledge of WordPress is important
An understanding of UX is advantageous
Some HTML knowledge is also advantageous but not necessary to the role.
Photography skills would be desirable
Some ecommerce experience would be desirable
A knowledge of Adobe suite would be desirable
Experience using SEMrush would also be desirable

We are looking for a new Smart Meter Trainer and Assessor to join our team and work in both the Northolt and Luton centres.

• Provide training and assessment of trainees in Dual Fuel meter installation in scopes for which personal competence has been achieved.
• Maintain a friendly and professional manner with the candidates.
• Liaise with Line Manager with regard to any problems regarding technical resources, course structure and candidates.
• Liaise with Smart Meter manager with regard to any problems regarding non technical resources, candidate paperwork and candidates.
• Invigilate where required and handle oral questions.
• Process and maintain candidate assessment paperwork in an organized manner.
• Carry out progress reviews on trainees in line with programme and client requirements
• Complete feedback forms on cohorts for both internal and external staff/clients
• Promote the company and its range of courses.
• Develop skills and update knowledge in order to increase scopes in which training and assessment can be provided including teaching, assessing and IV awards
• Liaise with Line Manager and Administration Director with regard to any problems regarding the course scheduling.
• Liaise with Line Manager with regard to development of courses & training material.
• Prepare/tidy training and assessment areas, ensuring they are kept safe and secure.
• Attend regular team meetings & ensure all action points are fulfilled.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the industry
• Holds relevant gas (ACS) and power qualifications (Mocopa on single and 3 phase would be an advantage)
• Good IT skills
• Ideally would have teaching award and assessors award (we can support this for the right candidate)
• Positive, friendly and supportive attitude to delivering training and trainees
• Confident delivering to groups in both classroom and workshop environment
• An attention to detail in delivering all aspects of training programmes
