How far in advance do I need to book?
For those who are renewing their ACS Gas qualification we would recommend booking at least four weeks ahead. and during the peak demand year we would recommend booking at least eight weeks ahead.
Bookings can be accepted the day before if there is a space, so always phone the office on 0845 845 7222 to check
Some of the City & Guilds courses, namely the 2391, need to be booked between four to five weeks ahead to allow the candidate to be booked for the written exam. Booking can be accepted two weeks ahead but this will incur a late booking penalty fee, imposed by City & Guilds.
Do I need to bring any tools?
No - all tools and equipment are provided during the courses. In some circumstances candidates may bring their own test equipment if they so desire, but please check beforehand.
What time do the courses start/finish?
Courses start at 08.30am and usually finish at about 4.30pm. You will be advised on your first day at the centre if there are any changes to these times. The centre’s open from 08.00am where there is tea & coffee awaiting.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made using the following methods:
- Cash, cheque, credit or debit card
When do I need to pay?
To secure a place on all courses a deposit needs to be paid when booking. The balance of payment needs to be made 14 days before the course commences. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
Will I receive my certificate at the end?
No, although you will know the outcome. At the end of the course the paperwork will need to be sent to the Certification or Awarding Body for verification; they will then dispatch the certificate and card where applicable.
Do you provide the necessary books?
We provide all the necessary books and normative documents required for the courses. Some courses include a training manual within the price; please refer to individual course details. Candidates are also able to purchase certain training manuals directly from Logic4training.
Do I need to bring photos?
No - for those courses that require a photograph to be sent with the ID card application, all Logic4training centres have a photo booth on site.
Do I need to bring food or drink?
No - all refreshments and lunch are provided throughout the day.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing apart from a clear mind. We provide everything you need.
What happens if I need to cancel, will I get my money back?

How do I get to Logic4training and is parking available?
For maps and directions please see the links for both the London West centre in Northolt, the London East centre in Basildon and our NEW centre at Luton.
On-site parking is available at all our centres.
Do I have to do training?
Training is not mandatory as part of our courses although we feel it is of benefit to our candidates. The price and duration of our course will be reduced for those wanting to do assessment only.
