For operatives currently working for MOCOPA authorised business who need to renew their MOCOPA authorisation.

This is a 1 day course that includes a refresher session in the morning and in the afternoon, observed practical and written assessments covering either Single Phase, Single off Multi Phase or Multi Phase meter installation. Price includes EUSR renewal registration.

Operatives must be put forward by their employer and hold a current MOCOPA certificate a copy of which must be provided to Logic4training. It is assumed candidates are experienced and skilled metering operatives.

Morning refresher on power and meter exchange fundamentals as well as cover the customer interaction SMICOP elements.

Followed by the NSAP competency assessment. The assessment is split in to a written assessment and a witnessed practical assessment consisting of an in-centre witnessed power meter exchange/installation and customer service / SMICOP questions during the installation assessment.
