This is a comprehensive course providing a basic understanding of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning fundamentals, terminology and equipment application. This is an excellent industry refresher course and is useful as preparatory training to improve, enhance and update the skills of engineering personnel before they undertake the Level 3 RQF F-Gas training course.

The Protective Equipotential Bonding (PEB1) course is for operatives involved in the repositioning, altering or extending the Protective Equipotential Bonding (PEB) conductor when changing the position of gas meters within a dwelling and associated outbuildings and locations. Formally known as the Main Equipotential Bond (MEB).

The 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671:2018) replaced the 17th Edition on 2nd July 2018. BS7671:2018 will apply to new installations from 1st January 2019.   Logic4training delivers the City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (2382-18) training course, designed for electricians, as well as other buildings services engineers (gas installers, kitchen/bathroom fitters, plumbers and builders) who complete some domestic electrical work, such as wiring in a boiler or shower. Knowledge of 18th Edition, alongside a Part P qualification, is necessary to join a recognised Competent Persons Scheme.

This course is aimed at anyone who uses abrasive wheels, or employs people who use abrasive wheels as part of their work. It covers different types of AW, safety in their use and how to identify the type of wheel. Price £35 + VAT

Working safely is in the interest and concern of all staff - both the employers and employees. Workers have an expectation to go home at the end of the working day not having been injured - or having had their health affected by - any workplace activity, or as a result of it. Price £65 + VAT

This Gas Safety Assessment is designed to test the gas safety competence of an operative in limited scope, core commercial gas work, required for pipe installation and commissioning by practical and knowledge assessment. For full details download guidance PDF.

This course is for experienced commercial operative who are looking to expand or refresh their knowledge of commercial appliance and package burners. Operatives will be expected to hold a relevant core or changeover commercial ACS core (COCN1 or CODNCO1) plus indirect gas fired commercial appliances (CIGA1) as a minimum.

Logic4training’s Domestic Gas Heating Installer (DGHI) – New Entrants Course is a Managed Learning Programme for those wishing to enter the gas, heating and plumbing industry but who don’t necessarily have relevant experience or qualifications. Logic4training’s Domestic electrician course - is a flexible electrical training programme for those wishing to become a domestic electrical installer but who don’t necessarily have relevant experience or qualifications. Successful candidates will have the skills, knowledge and qualifications to find employment or work on a self-employed basis as a domestic electrical installer.

This course is aimed at anyone who undertakes work at height, or who employs people who regularly work at height. It covers what constitutes work at height, the safety issues, and how to assess and reduce some of the risks. Price £35 +VAT

Logic4training’s CCN1 re-assessment course is for experienced gas installers that need to keep their ACS qualifications up to date. CCN1 re-assessment and associated appliances is required every five years to maintain Gas Safe Registration. The appliances included in this package are: central heating and hot water, cookers and space heaters.
