Logic4training’s 17th Edition Wiring Regulations training course (City & Guilds 2382-15) is for experienced electricians, as well as other buildings services engineers (gas installers, kitchen/bathroom fitters, plumbers and builders) who complete some domestic electrical work, such as wiring in a boiler or shower. Knowledge of 17th Edition, alongside a Part P qualification, is necessary to join a recognised Competent Persons Scheme.

Logic4training’s City & Guilds 2382-15 17th Edition training course is for experienced electricians and those requiring a working knowledge of the British Standard BS7671:2008 (2015) 17th Edition Wiring Regulations. It is a Level 3 QCF qualification.
 
The cost of the 17th Edition Course includes training, assessment, registration with City & Guilds and the examination costs.

There are no pre-requisites qualifications required for our 17th Edition courses. However some experience of electrical installations is essential. Operatives must provide their date of birth for registration with City & Guilds. Also if they have previously gained a City & Guilds qualification, operatives must provide their enrollment number which can be found on their existing City & Guilds certificates in the format of ABC1234.

The City & Guilds 17th Edition training course provides the qualification required by operatives who are members of, or are looking to become members of, any Part P Competent Person Schemes (CPS).

The 17th Edition Wiring Regulations course involves classroom based training which focuses on the wiring regulations standard BS7671:2008 (2015) 3rd Amendment. There is no practical based training. At the end of the course operatives will complete a two hour online assessment in the format of multiple choice questons. On successful completion, operatives will be gain the QCF Level 3 City & Guilds 2382-15 17th Edition Wiring Regulations certificate.

Candidates must purchase a copy of the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations (3rd Amendment) prior to attending the 17th Edition Training Course.
