CMC1 Commercial Mobile Catering LPG Training Course
Logic4training's Commercial Mobile Catering LPG course (CMC1) is for experienced operatives who wish to undertake commissioning, installation, servicing and repair of LPG appliances in commercial mobile catering units.
The course is for experienced operatives who wish to undertake commissioning, installation, servicing and repair of LPG appliances in commercial mobile catering units.
The cost of the course includes training, assessment and the certification fee. Training is not a mandatory pre-requisite to assessment.
The course includes training and assessment on the following:
- CMC1 – Commercial Mobile Catering
The assessment is a multiple choice question paper and includes the following:
- Cylinder location, safety and sizing
- Supply pressures – operation and positioning of emergency isolation, flow control and valves for cylinders.
- Ventilation
- Temporary LPG Pipework in Gazebos, Tents and other ‘Build ups’
- Installation of chimneys/ extraction systems
Operatives must hold LPG and Commercial Catering (Core and/or Changeover) qualifications.
Operatives should be familiar with the LPG Code of Practice 24 Part 3.
