If you’re considering a career in the gas industry, becoming a gas engineer means completing recognised gas training and gaining the qualifications needed to work safely on gas appliances.
Our Domestic Gas Heating Installer New Entrants Route is a series of hands-on courses that equips you with all the practical skills and underpinning knowledge required to apply to the Gas Safe Register and work as a gas engineer in the UK. We’ve designed these New Entrants packages to provide a clear pathway into the industry, built around two core elements: the Domestic Gas Heating Installer Course and the Gas Managed Learning Programme (MLP) – specifically the DNGA3. Once qualified, you can upskill further to work on additional domestic appliances, commercial gas, LPG and heat pumps.
Already working in a related trade, such as plumbing or kitchen fitting? If you’re looking to complete your ACS and achieve your CCN1 and CENWAT, we also offer the Gas Managed Learning Programme in tailored, experienced-trades gas packages that recognise your existing experience.
