The course is for experienced operatives who wish to undertake commission, service, repair and breakdown of commercial catering appliances including deep fat and pressure fryers, griddles and grills.

The COMCAT3 module is normally undertaken as part of the Core Commercial Catering Package Course.

Please contact our Customer Service Team on 0208 845 7222 if you need to undertake this as an individual commercial catering module. The cost of the course includes training and assessment. There would be an additional charge of £65.00 + vat if the course is undertaken as an individual module. Training is not a mandatory prerequisite to assessment.

Operatives must hold the Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety (CCCN1) ACS qualification.
