LPG Changeover & Categories course – CONGLP1

Logic4training’s LPG Changeover and Categories course is for experienced operatives who already hold either Core Domestic Natural Gas Safety (CCN1) or Core Commercial Gas Safety (COCN1) and wish to work on LPG fired appliances in permanent dwellings and other premise types.

The cost of the course includes training, assessment and the certification fee.

Operatives who do not need to complete all of the modules within the package should contact the Customer Service Team on 0208 845 7222 for a revised price / duration of the course.

Training is not a mandatory pre-requisite to assessment.

Operatives must hold either the Core Domestic Natural Gas Safety (CCN1) or Core Commercial Gas Safety (COCN1).

Also operatives must hold the domestic natural gas qualification for LPG appliance types that they wish to work on.

For example, to work on a an LPG fired cooker on a boat, operatives must hold the following:

• Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1)
• Cookers (CKR1)
• LPG Changeover (CONGLP1)
• Boats (CONGLP B)

From Monday 1st October 2018, you have to be be registered with Gas Safe Register for a minimum of 6 months to do this course. Find out more

The LPG Changeover and Categories course is for experienced operatives who wish to undertake commission, installation, service and repair of LPG appliances in permanent dwellings and other premise types.

The course includes training and assessment on the following modules:

• CONGLP1 – LPG Changeover (Including Permanent Dwellings)
• CONGLP1 LAV – Leisure Accommodation Vehicles
• CONGLP1 RPH – Residential Park Homes
• CONGLP1 B – Boats & Yachts
• CONGLP1 HTRLP2 – Closed Flue Gas Fires (LPG)
