Display Screen Equipment

These courses are aimed at users of the display screen (DSE) and those responsible for display screen equipment assessment.

A “user” is anyone who regularly uses screen equipment for a significant part of their normal work. In practice, if you use any sort of screen continuously for more than one hour a day then you are considered a “user”.

Our online courses are designed to familiarise users with the DSE regulations, how to protect your body, proper chair adjustment, how to adjust your screen, workstation and environment in order to provide a healthier working environment.
