Core commercial Catering Gas Safety package Course Overview

This package course includes training and assessment on the Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety (CCCN1) ACS qualification and catering appliances groups 1 and 3 (COMCAT1 and COMCAT3).

The cost of the course includes training, assessment and the certification fee. Training is not a mandatory prerequisite to assessment.

COMCAT5 - Catering Forced Draught Burners can be added to this package for an additional £85.00 + vat.

Entry requirements:

Operatives must be renewing their commercial catering ACS qualifications. Operatives who are undertaking the core commerical catering qualifications for the first time should attend the New Entrant Commercial Catering Course.

Course content/syllabus

The course includes training and assessment on the following:

  • CCCN1 - Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety
  • COMCAT1 - Boiler burners, open/solid top ranges, hot plate, bain maries
  • COMCAT3 - Deep fat and pressure fryers, griddles, grills

COMCAT5 - Catering Forced Draught Burners can be added to this package for an additional £85.00 + vat.
