Case Study – Euraqua

Client requirement

A general enquiry was made to our customer service team and was passed to electrical training specialist, Neil Parsons.

After lengthy communications with the general manager, Logic4training arranged a site visit with Euraqua.

During the visit it was established that there was a need to cross train 4 employees on-site, to better understand the electrical equipment used as part of their machines and also training on how to electrically test the machines before they were delivered to customers.

Our solution

Logic4training delivered 3 days training on site covering single and three phase isolation, cable colours and sizing, dead testing, overview of soft starters, overview of inverters, different earthing arrangements, data cables and simple fault finding techniques.

Outcome & Feedback

The candidates are now able to carry out more tasks which has led to a quicker build time for the machines which will lead to a faster delivery time to customers.

Candidates appreciated the training and felt more comfortable about carrying out fault diagnosis.
