There are no specific entry requirements. The course is suitable complete beginners, where you will be taught safety and simple tool use before moving onto more involved practical tasks.
How long does the course take?
The course takes 5 days to complete, including 1 day of on-site safety, 2 days of carpentry and 1 day of tiling.
What equipment or tools will I need during the course?
All essential equipment will be provided by Logic4training, but please ensure that you wear suitable clothing, including steel-toe capped boots, for practical work.
Where can I do the Property Maintenance course?
Our Essential Site Skills course takes place at our Northolt centre only.
Are there any formal exams or assessments?
Whilst there is no formal written exam, candidates will be assessed informally through practical participation. You will receive a Logic4training Certificate in Property Maintenance once the course is completed.
