This course is for experienced and practising electricians. Operatives should have at least 12 months on-site experience in initial inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations, using suitable test equipment and completing the relevant forms as per BS7671, including Minor Works Electrical Installation Certificates and Full Electrical Installation Certificates.
Operatives must hold the City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (or equivalent), a Level 3 Initial Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations qualification, and have a practical working knowledge of both domestic and commercial electrical installations, including 3-phase installations.
