There are three routes to gaining the qualifications you need to become an electrician:
-
- A 3-4 year electrical apprenticeship
- An electrician course (in the form of packaged electrical courses)
- If you already work in the trade, the experienced worker assessment
For most career changers and new entrants, an electrician course is the fastest and most accessible route.
At Logic4training, we’ve trained electricians since 2005, so we understand how confusing the route to becoming an electrician can be. We have broken down our new entrant electrical training into 4 packages to easily become an electrician. They’re designed to help aspiring electricians go from zero experience to ECS Gold Card-ready, with each package tailored to different timeframes, budgets and end goals.
We deliver all courses from our four centres in Northolt, Luton, Basildon, and Sittingbourne. We deliberately keep class sizes small, so you get genuine contact time with trainers who’ve worked in the industry.
